When I woke I now reframed this 'negative' as being a positive time, setting intentions to manifest positive outcomes in my life.
I tracked my sleep, hydration and energy levels daily and realised I had a pattern of waking at 4am every morning.
It started with meditating for 15 mins before bed, where I was taught how to 'detox' my emotions and release negativity.
