1. Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for WOMEN ONLY ready to reconnect with themselves, explore their inner light and shadow, and experience the transformative power of the elements. No prior experience with yoga, rituals, or retreats is required—just an open heart and mind.

2. What is included in the £1.111 retreat cost?
Your fee includes:

- 4 days of immersive activities, rituals, and workshops.

- Shared accommodation in cosy cottages.

- All meals (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available).

- Access to the hot tub, games room, and natural surroundings.

3. How many people will attend?
The retreat is intimate, with space for just 16 resident participants.

4. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many participants join solo and find deep connections within the group.

5. What do I need to bring?
Pack comfortable clothes, a swimsuit for the hot tub or wild dips, sturdy walking shoes, and anything that makes you feel at home (like a journal or favorite blanket). A full list will be sent upon booking.

6. What is the cancellation policy?
The £111 early bird deposit is refundable until January 1st, 2025. After that date, payments are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot.

7. How do I get to the venue?
The retreat is held at Barmolloch Farm, Mid-Argyll. We can arrange transfers from Glasgow for an additional fee or provide detailed directions for those driving.

8. Will the activities be physically demanding?
The retreat offers a balance of gentle and active sessions. Activities like Yoga Therapy and wild dips are adaptable to your comfort level. Daily walks will be offered for the extra keen. Participation is always optional—you are encouraged to listen to your body.

9. Is there Wi-Fi or phone signal at the retreat?
THANK THE LORD! The cottages have limited Wi-Fi, and mobile signal can be spotty. This is an opportunity to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

10. How do I book my spot?
You can reserve your space by paying the £111 deposit. Full payment is due by April 4th, 2025. Book early to secure your spot, as spaces are limited!
