1. Do I need to be close to a family to do this course?

No, any shift in you affects all your relationships. These tools are suitable for learning alone or with friends, and are safe to try with people you hold space for. You foundation has a ripple effect.

2. How much time will this take in the week?
Every week you get a MAIN TRACK, both under 30 min video and implementation teaching, and a Bonus, tick it off your list. Practice integrates it into cellualr memory - so play with it.
Journaling and practising this does not need to exceed 30 minutes.
For 4 weeks schedule 2x5 min a day for extra practice for self-regulation throughout the day.

Nothing! And come with an open heart! I share a "100 Days to a New Habit sheet with you, which you will tick off every day.
Post it on fb when you have a string going and just focus on not breaking it when you got it.
