When you have a computer ( top specs) I think you are old enough to have experienced several generations of windows.

and the operating system becomes obsolete, no matter how hard you try it will no longer process the work you try to put in.

No wonder you feel not good enough and behind so many others. There is nothing wrong with the computer it's amazing. It just needs maintenance and regular updates.

Why do we seem to understand this when we talk about tech and want to skip it with our supercomputer where the hardware is designed to last a lifetime and we barely use a fraction of its computing power, As somehow it was not delivered with a manual.

It does neither hurt nor is it complicated, you are required to temporarily off-line, upload the new and then re-boot. It can't be done while you still TRY to work on it. Nothing bad happens when you take time off to upgrade your system, you are not broken you are just working with tools that no longer need your requirements.


Post-Procrastination affects on our nervous system

Believes ? the stories you tell yourself manifest! Change impossible into "I?m possible", in words actions and pictures and see your mind catch on.

Estimate ? We often underestimate how much work a task requires, and overcommit.

We then tend to tag it onto a long list of non-goal nurturing aimless tasks.

Distracting from the main task and finding ourselves pottering about, till it's nearly too late.
